Migraine Headache Cure – Is There a Cure for Your Migraine Headache Disorder?

The so-called experts keep telling us that a migraine headache cure does not exist, but are they telling us the truth? The experts have been telling us what’s true and what’s not true throughout all of recorded history, but they have probably been wrong more than they have been right. Over the centuries the experts have exclaimed that the world was flat, that man would never fly, and many other erroneous “facts.” And when it comes to a migraine headache cure, they have taken the wrong side once again. To prove them wrong is a simple matter of examining a couple of definitions and a few facts about the migraine disorder in general and achieving a migraine headache cure specifically.

Migraine headache symptoms can make a person’s life miserable. Migraine symptoms can include headache, auras, nausea, vomiting, numbness, tingling, loss of facial color, increased sensitivity to bright lights and loud noises, and many other painful and annoying symptoms. We know that migraines can be painful and disabling, but can a person ever obtain a migraine headache cure? Let’s take a look at some definitions to find the answer to that question.

Migraine Headache Cure – How is Migraine Defined?

No matter which dictionary is used, “migraine” is usually defined as follows. It is a condition or disorder that is a moderate to severe recurrent headache. It is usually unilateral and often accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, and many others. The pain is caused by dilation of the intracranial blood vessels, which are the blood vessels of the brain.

Now that we know what migraine is, our next step is to define the word “cure.” Cure is a means of healing or restoring to health. If someone has a disease or illness which disappears due to a course of treatment that restores that person’s health, they have been cured. However, there is another definition stating that a cure is also achieved if the symptoms of a disease go into remission for a prolonged period of time. Now that we know the definitions of “migraine” and “cure” we can examine them more closely to see if there is such a thing as a migraine headache cure.

Achieving a Migraine Headache Cure – The Diagnosis Must Be Correct

Before a migraine headache cure can be achieved there must be a migraine headache condition. Once a migraine disorder has been diagnosed or verified, if a remission of symptoms can be brought about through a course of treatment, a migraine headache cure has been accomplished as per our definitions as stated above. Of this, there can be no argument. In other words, if a person has migraines, including migraine headaches, and follows a course of treatment that causes a remission of all signs and symptoms for a prolonged period of time, they have achieved a migraine headache cure. If any migraine remedy or migraine treatment causes a person’s migraine headache symptoms to disappear for a prolonged period of time, it proves without question that a migraine headache cure does indeed exist. And if this occurs, it also proves the experts to be wrong yet again. And if history is any indication, the chance of the experts being wrong is exceptionally high.

We often hear claims of a natural migraine headache cure, but to make things simple we’ll use a real life example that will be easy to visualize. There are many triggers that result in migraine headache symptoms. Some common triggers are sugar substitutes, nitrates, caffeine, alcohol, fasting, dehydration, and many others.

In this example, let’s say that a person gets migraine headaches whenever they eat cured meat containing nitrates. This person has migraines that are triggered by consuming nitrates. If nitrates are indeed the cause of the symptoms, the symptoms will go into remission if nitrates are no longer consumed. If a person suffers a migraine attack each time they consume nitrates and then stops eating nitrates, the symptoms will disappear. If this person does not consume nitrates for a prolonged period of time and has a remission of symptoms during this time, they have been cured of migraine according to our accepted medical definitions. And in fact, this exact scenario has taken place countless times with many triggers.

It doesn’t matter what causes migraine headache symptoms; if a person takes a course of action that causes those symptoms to go into remission for a prolonged period of time, they have achieved a migraine headache cure. Case closed.

There is an effective 4-step process for permanently stopping a migraine headache disorder. The secret is revealed in an amazing book called The Migraine Headache Cure. Migraine headaches can be stopped permanently through safe and natural methods. Click here to read more about The Migraine Headache Cure or click the order link below to get this effective system for achieving a migraine headache cure instantly.

Migraine Headache Treatment – Effective, Safe, and Natural

Among the many migraine headache treatment options, drugs are the most common choice. Unfortunately, pain killing medications can do a lot more than provide migraine headache relief. In addition to having the potential of reducing pain on a temporary basis, painkillers can cause side effects that can sometimes be worse than the original pain. The only migraine headache treatment that has the potential for safe long-term results is natural migraine headache treatment. Some natural methods may provide better and longer-lasting relief than drugs.

No matter what type of migraine headaches you suffer with, there are migraine headache treatment options that may be able to help reduce the frequency and severity of the attacks or stop them altogether. Plus, in addition to being safer, natural migraine headache treatment approaches are usually much cheaper than pain killing drugs. Many people are surprised by the amazing migraine relief they get from these natural methods.

Migraine Headache Treatment – Finding Migraine Headache Triggers

A migraine headache trigger can be any factor that results in a migraine attack. Triggers can be specific foods or liquids as well as other things such as weather, stress, hormone imbalances, infections, and more. Simply putting too much salt on food or not drinking enough water can cause a migraine headache in some people.

If a trigger is causing your migraines it is important to find and eliminate that trigger. One good way to do that is to start a migraine headache journal. Keeping a detailed journal can often expose triggers, which then make it possible to reduce or eliminate them permanently.

Common food triggers are nitrates (commonly found in well water, cured meats, and some vegetables), caffeine, sugar substitutes, chocolate, dairy products, peanut butter, eggs, many fruits and vegetables, alcohol, MSG (monosodium glutamate), and others. A well-kept migraine journal can help pinpoint which foods may be causing migraine headaches.

There Are Many Migraine Headache Treatment Options

There are many other causes of migraines in addition to food triggers and there are just about as many migraine headache treatment approaches that have the potential of providing migraine headache relief.

Fish oils can be an excellent migraine headache treatment and have been shown to reduce migraine headache symptoms in many people. Fish such as cod, mackerel, tuna, and salmon all contain an essential fatty acid called omega 3 which may reduce the frequency and duration of migraine. Most people are unaware of using fish oils as a migraine treatment because the research is still ongoing. However, studies show that this migraine headache treatment method has lots of promise.

If you want to get the biggest benefit from fish oils you cannot simply eat more fish. You will not get enough omega 3 from eating fish to solve a migraine disorder. Large amounts in the form of supplements must be taken daily to get maximum relief. When taking supplemental fish oil it’s important to get it from a clean source, usually salmon, and it must be certified as being free from any toxins, heavy metals, and pesticides.

There are many natural migraine headache treatment approaches that can give relief for migraine sufferers. Some of these methods will work for some people, but not for others. If you check out one or two natural approaches and don’t get the results you want, it’s a simple matter of continuing to test out different approaches until one is found that relieves symptoms. It can often take a long time of experimenting with various natural treatment methods until one is found that gives relief. Fortunately, natural treatment options are usually safe and cheap.

There is an excellent book by Dr. Larry Johnson, DC that includes his 4-step process for stopping migraine headache pain forever. The book is called The Migraine Headache Cure. Using a safe, effective, and natural approach, migraine headaches can be stopped permanently. Click here to read more about The Migraine Headache Cure or click the order link below to get Dr. Johnson’s entire migraine headache treatment system for curing migraine headache disorders immediately.

Migraine is serious health condition. Headaches are the main feature of the disorder, but migraine can also occur without headache pain. Most often, migraine is a recurrent condition that involves a moderate to severe headache and is frequently accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sleep. Migraine attacks appear to be precipitated by an enlargement, or dilation, of intracranial blood vessels.

In addition to headache pain, migraine attacks often include auras which usually occur before the onset of headache. Auras are usually visual disturbances, but can include other neurological disturbances that affect hearing and smell as well. In addition, other symptoms may also appear during the aura phase.

Migraine – Who Does It Affect?

The condition tends to occur in more than one member of a family. According to the National Headache Foundation about 3/4 of all sufferers have a family history of migraine. In any give year between 14% and 35% of all adult females will experience at least one migraine while males will experience symptoms about 1/3 as often.

A smaller percentage of children under 12 years old will suffer with migraines, but boys and girls will equally be affected. Most migraine sufferers will see their episodes decline around age 50, but some continue to experience attacks for decades longer.

For migraine to be classified as chronic it must occur at least 15 days per month for at least 3 straight months. If it’s not a chronic condition it is considered episodic, with each attack referred to as an episode.

The pain can be so severe as to completely disable a person and can also cause other serious health conditions such as stroke, heart attack, aneurysms, permanent loss of vision, and even death. People who experience migraines are at twice the risk of having a stroke, but women sufferers who are on the pill are 8 times more likely to suffer a stroke.

What Triggers a Migraine?

Attacks can be triggered by many things including certain foods, food additives, sugar substitutes, dehydration, physical or emotional stress, poor sleep habits, and many other things. It is often a good idea to maintain a headache diary for the purpose of finding and eliminating these triggers.

The most common type of treatment for the condition is pain medication, but there are many natural treatment methods that are usually safer which can often give more or faster relief than drugs. All painkillers have side effects and can sometimes cause an increase in the intensity of the pain. Some of their side effects can even be worse than the headache pain.

Migraine is more than just a headache, it’s a serious health disorder that can lead to stroke, pulmonary disease, heart disease, brain damage, and even death. Fortunately, there is a safe and natural way to stop migraines for good.

If you suffer with migraines, you should learn Dr. Larry Johnson, DC’s 4-step process for curing migraine headaches, as revealed in The Migraine Headache Cure.
The Various Migraine Headache Types

Migraine With Aura or Without Aura

There are many symptoms and causes of migraine headaches, but the two most common migraine headache types are migraine with aura and migraine without aura. About 20% of migraine headache attacks, regardless of which of the migraine headache types are experienced, include visual disturbances that occur before the headache. These neurological disturbances are called auras and include bright flashes of light, zigzagging patterns of bright light, hypersensitivity to light, blind spots, visual hallucinations, and other symptoms. They typically appear from 10 to 30 minutes prior to the onset of headache, but can occur 60 minutes earlier and occasionally even sooner. If an aura is present it considered migraine with aura.

Migraine Headache Types – Named According to the Body Part Affected

Migraine headache types are generally named according to the body part they affect. Other migraine headache types are ophthalmoplegic migraine, abdominal migraine, basilar artery migraine, and others. Believe it or not, there are other migraine headache types including a headache-free migraine where aura symptoms occur, but the headache never appears.

Abdominal Migraine

Abdominal migraine usually appears in children with a family history of the disorder. Naturally, abdominal pain is the most typical feature of this type of migraine. Common symptoms that are often present with abdominal migraine are nausea and vomiting, but there can be others. Children who experience abdominal migraine headache types will often develop typical migraine as they grow to be adults.

Basilar Artery Migraine

This type occurs when a major artery of the brainstem becomes disturbed. It typically appears in women under 30 or 35 years of age. This variety normally lasts from a few hours to a few days. As with most migraine headache types it can include auras, nausea, vomiting, and many other symptoms. It is usually experienced as a severe throbbing or pounding pain. It can be either a unilateral or bilateral headache and can even be felt at the back of the head on occasion.

Ophthalmoplegic Migraine

Ophthalmoplegic migraine headache begins in the eye and, as in the case of other types, can also include nausea and vomiting. In addition to the headache, the main symptom is ophthalmoplegia, a paralysis of the eye (ocular) muscles. Another name for ocular muscle paralysis is ocular motor nerve palsy. Ophthalmoplegia causes the eyelid to droop. The eyelid may droop for many days or even many weeks. This can be one of the more problematic of the various migraine headache types because on occasion, eyelid droop can become permanent after multiple migraine attacks. Fortunately, ophthalmoplegic migraine is one of the migraine headache types that do not occur very often.

Hemiplegic Migraine

One of the most brutal migraine headache types is hemiplegic migraine. It can be very serious and disabling. It can be preceded by auras and often appear in children. Some children will outgrow them as adults, but others will carry the disorder into adulthood. Some of the symptoms are similar to stroke, but they will not result in permanent nerve damage.

Symptoms of hemiplegic migraines can be very different from one sufferer to another. One person may experience severe paralysis, but just a slight headache while another person may show a mild paralysis with an intensely severe headache. Symptoms may include throbbing and pounding pain in the head, tingling in the arms, numbness or paralysis on one side of the body, and other symptoms associated with typical migraine. If an aura is present with hemiplegic migraine it can be more severe in nature and last longer than when occurring with other migraine headache types.

Migraines can be unbearably painful and disabling. Plus, they increase the risk of experiencing other serious health problems such as stroke, heart attack, heart disease, brain damage, anxiety, panic attacks, diabetes, obesity, and many others. Fortunately, there are ways to stop migraine headaches permanently.

Migraine Headache Relief – 4 Safe Migraine Headache Treatment Options

If you are looking for a way to get migraine headache relief and you’re tired of taking painkillers, there are migraine headache relief approaches that may be just what you’re looking for. Everyone knows that drugs are dangerous and that they can cause even worse health problems than the headaches they are created to relieve, but people continue to take them. Why? Because it is the easiest way to treat a migraine headache. No extra effort is required. However, it may be a wiser choice to use one of the many natural migraine headache remedies that exist. They are generally safe and don’t require the use of potentially dangerous or addictive pain medications.

Try Getting Migraine Headache Relief Using Natural Options

The next time a migraine headache develops maybe you should try a natural migraine headache relief method. Many natural migraine headache relief approaches are not only safe, but are often more effective than drugs, and without the negative side effects. Here are some possible natural solutions to your migraine headache problem.

Start a Daily Exercise Routine

Regular exercise can help you in many ways, including reducing the frequency, duration, and intensity of migraine headaches. And when I say “regular” I don’t mean once every week or two; I mean five or six days a week. The healthiest types of exercise are cardiovascular in nature. This means that you need to get out and move. For example, if you choose to walk, try taking a brisk walk for 45 minutes to an hour every day. This will normally be about three or four miles. The only thing you need to avoid is exercising while you’re in the middle of a migraine headache. Any strenuous activities, including exercise, can increase the intensity of a migraine headache and should be avoided. Wait until you’re feeling good before attempting to exercise.

Chiropractic Manipulations

Chiropractic care has been used for migraine headache relief for over 100 years. Study after study has shown it to be extremely effective in relieving migraine headaches in a safe fashion. Many people are scared to go to a chiropractor, but it is very safe. People don’t realize that a general practitioner will pay 10 or 20 times the amount for malpractice insurance as a chiropractor. This is because it is a very rare occurrence for a serious problem to be caused by chiropractic treatment. You have a better chance of being struck by lightning than you do being seriously injured from a chiropractic adjustment. And chance of getting migraine headache relief is tremendous. Most research studies have shown chiropractic to give migraine headache relief in over 80% of their migraine headache patients.

Drink More Water

People who experience migraine headaches seem to become dehydrated a lot quicker than other people. It may only take three hours without drinking water to trigger a migraine attack. Drinking more water and drinking it more often can be a very effective migraine headache relief approach in some people. Going without food for extended periods of time is also not a good idea for migraine sufferers. Ideally, a person who gets migraine headaches will eat more small meals every day, no further than 3 hours apart, instead of eating larger meals less often. And during the meals it is a good idea to drink plenty of water.

Some people are under the impression that drinking coffee, soda pop, high-energy drinks, or many other types of beverages will take the place of water. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. These beverages can contain caffeine which is a migraine headache trigger, and soda pop can also contain excessive amounts of sodium. Drinking beverages with high sodium levels can actually pull water out of your cells and cause you to become dehydrated even faster than if you hadn’t had anything to drink at all. You won’t find migraine headache relief drinking caffeinated or sodium-rich beverages.

Biofeedback

Biofeedback is not an actual treatment, but a way to train yourself in the art of controlling your autonomic nervous system. However, it can still provide migraine headache relief. Your autonomic nervous system automatically controls many functions in your body without conscious thought. For example, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, muscle relaxation, and many other functions are controlled automatically by your autonomic nervous system. Everything will be regulated automatically whether you’re awake or asleep.

Biofeedback devices are used to measure things such as muscle tension, heart rate, or hand temperature and are used during the training. Once the biofeedback technique is learned there is no longer any need for the devices. A patient with a migraine headache disorder can now produce the desired effect and achieve migraine headache relief at any time.

There are several types of biofeedback that can give migraine headache relief. One of the most common and helpful types for providing migraine headache relief is thermal biofeedback. The aim of thermal biofeedback is to increase the temperature in the hands. Raising hand temperature through thermal biofeedback has been shown to decrease the severity of migraine headaches and even prevent them if performed during the aura phase.

There are many other natural methods that can provide migraine headache relief, but these four have been proven to be effective and helpful for many people. The good thing about natural migraine headache relief approaches is that even if they don’t work they’re still safe. And if one doesn’t work you can always try another. With a little persistence it may be possible to find one that works for you.

Approximately 300 million to 400 million people all across the globe are burdened with chronic headaches. That translates into about 3% to 5% of every living person on the planet. To be considered chronic headaches they must be experienced at least half the days of the month for 3 or more consecutive months. Headaches that occur less often are considered to be episodic headaches, but not chronic headaches.

How Bad Can Chronic Headaches Get?

Chronic headaches are some of the most disabling, debilitating, and life-altering disorders because of their unending nature. Women experience this terrible condition more often than men and specific factors seem to increase the risk of developing chronic headaches. Many mental factors can lead to the disorder such as chronic depression, emotional stress, and anxiety. However, there are many other factors that can also be precursors to the pain. Other causes include poor sleep habits, excessive caffeine, overuse of painkillers, and obesity.

One alarming fact is that two out of every three sufferers of chronic headaches experience an increase of their pain due to taking painkillers. The very drugs that are intended to relieve the pain of chronic headaches will actually increase it. And it’s not just some obscure drugs that can intensify the pain, but the most popular types. These include Tylenol with an active ingredient of acetaminophen, ibuprofen (the painkilling ingredient in Advil, Motrin IB, and others), and even standard aspirin. Many times headaches can be stopped simply by discontinuance of these medications.

Most people will experience a migraine headache, tension headache, sinus headache, or some other type of headache on an occasional basis, but chronic pain can often signify a more serious health problem.

Is there More to Chronic Headaches than Just the Headache?

Some headache types, such as the migraine disorder, can also increase the risk of other more serious health conditions. Migraine headache sufferers have an increased risk of stroke, high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, high cholesterol, and many other health disorders.

People that experience three headaches a week or more should see a qualified professional because it’s very likely they suffer with chronic headaches. It is also important to seek the advice of a medical doctor if you take pain pills daily or almost every day, if your headaches are continually becoming more intense, if a severe headache comes on suddenly, or if you have a headache due to a fall. Additionally, immediate medical attention should be sought if your headache is accompanied by fever, mental confusion, stiff neck, speech problems seizures, double vision, or rash.

Chronic headaches are often the end result of underlying diseases and will not go away until the primary disorder is discovered and taken care of. If you attempt to find the cause, but fail, you may want to think about how many painkillers you are taking. If pain pills are consumed three times a week or more it might be possible to stop your headaches by simply discontinuing their usage. However, before stopping any prescription medication it is important to consult with your doctor first.

The Four Migraine Headache Phases

Migraine can present many symptoms that occur before, during, and after the headache. For this reason migraine has been classified as having four migraine headache phases. Here are the four migraine headache phases:

1 – The prodrome phase – Occurs hours or days before the onset of headache.
2 – The aura phase – Precedes the headache by 10 to 60 minutes.
3 – The pain phase – This is when the headache is present.
4 – The postdrome phase – This concerns the after effects.

Prodome Phase – The First of the Four Migraine Headache Phases

Roughly half of all migraine sufferers will have symptoms that appear in the prodrome phase, which is the first of the migraine headache phases. These symptoms will occur several hours to several days before onset of the headache. Prodromal symptoms can be depression, irritability, mood swings, euphoria, fatigue, excessive tiredness, stiff muscles, food cravings, diarrhea, constipation, and others. Once a person becomes familiar with the symptoms in their specific prodrome phase they are often able to predict when a migraine headache will occur. This gives the migraineur an opportunity to use some of the methods in this book in an effort to prevent or lessen the severity of the upcoming headache while at the same time following my 4-step process for complete migraine elimination.

Aura Phase – The Second of the Four Migraine Headache Phases

Approximately 20% of migraineurs experience auras before the onset of headache. These occur during the second of the migraine headache phases. Auras are visual disturbances that can be bright flashes of light, zigzag patterns in the field of vision, blind spots, increased sensitivity to light (photophobia), and others. It can also include disturbances that are auditory (hearing sensitivities) or olfactory (sensitivities to odor). Auras generally occur anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes before the headache, but can occasionally occur several hours before.

As with the prodrome phase, auras can often alert a migraineur to an upcoming headache and therefore there is a short period of time to prepare. With this advance warning a migraine headache can sometimes be prevented or the symptoms reduced. Due to this fact, this is one of the more important migraine headache phases.

Pain Phase – The Third of the Four Migraine Headache Phases

This is the third of the migraine headache phases where the headaches appear in addition to other possible symptoms. Typical migraine headaches are one-sided, throbbing or stabbing in nature, moderate to severe in intensity, and the pain can intensify due to strenuous activities or exercise. Most often the headache pain comes on gradually as opposed to suddenly. The pain is typically moderate to severe in intensity. There are many other symptoms that can accompany migraine headaches, one of which is nausea. Nausea accompanies almost 90% of migraine headaches and vomiting occurs about 30% of the time.

Postdrome Phase – The Last of the Four Migraine Headache Phases

Once the headache pain has subsided a migraine sufferer can be exhausted and feel tired. This sensation occurs during the fourth of the migraine headache phases. Other post-headache symptoms can include digestive and gastrointestinal disturbances, mood swings and changes, muscle weakness, and depression. On the other side of the spectrum a person can feel a sense of euphoria after a migraine attack.

Migraine is more than a headache. It’s a primary disorder that can cause other serious health risks. Migraine sufferers are at increased risk of stroke, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and other diseases that can even be life-threatening. If you would like to stop all of the migraine headache phases you should read The Migraine Headache Cure.
Migraine Headache Symptoms and Migraine Headache Warning Signs

Determining the type of headache that you suffer from is not always an easy task. Symptoms of tension headaches and sinus headaches are often mistaken for migraine headache symptoms and vice verse. Even the experts have a hard time making an accurate diagnosis on many occasions. The difficulty lies in the fact that symptoms from many different headache types are the same or very similar. However, it is important to know which type of headache you suffer with before beginning treatment because a treatment that may help one type of headache may actually make another far worse.

There are many migraine headache causes, but most people that experience migraine headache symptoms have their first taste of the disorder after puberty or in young adulthood. The majority of people who suffer with migraine headache symptoms are females in a ratio of three to one when compared to males. About 10% of the population in the United States, or roughly 30 million people, and approximately 300 to 400 million people worldwide are burdened with migraine headache symptoms.

Migraine Headache Symptoms – How Bad Will They Get?

A classic migraine headache is usually a moderate to severe throbbing pain that is felt on one side of the head in the area of the temple. However, one-third of migraine headaches will consist of pounding pain on both sides. Migraine headache symptoms can disrupt a person’s life and are often severe enough to cause total disability.

There are many other migraine headache symptoms which will appear before, during, or after the headache. About 60% of all migraine sufferers will experience some type of symptoms preceding the headache. These preceding symptoms are often in the form of auras which can include visual disturbances such as light sensitivities, bright flashes of light, blind spots, and hallucinations. Other symptoms of aura can be mood changes, irritability, chronic depression, sensitivity to loud noises, muscle weakness, drowsiness, and many others.

Symptoms occurring before the migraine headache will typically be experienced anywhere from three hours to three days beforehand. Auras will typically precede the onset of headache from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. Migraine headache symptoms occurring during the headache phase can be similar to the migraine headache symptoms that are experienced beforehand, but can also include nausea, vomiting, numbness and tingling in the facial and upper extremity areas, and many others. Additionally, the pain and intensity of a migraine headache will increase with any type of strenuous activities or exercise such as climbing stairs, walking, jogging, biking, or other forms of activity.

Can Early Migraine Headache Symptoms Be Helpful?

Some migraine headache symptoms can alert a person to an upcoming attack. This advanced warning offers a migraine sufferer the opportunity to begin treatment early which can often lead to a lessening of the migraine headache pain or possibly even eliminate the occurrence altogether. Each migraine sufferer will have their own unique pattern of migraine headache symptoms and signs which can help alert them to an impending attack.

Migraine is not just a headache, but a disorder that can lead to many other health disorders. There are probably as many health problems caused by migraine as there are migraine headache causes. People who suffer from migraine headache symptoms have an increased risk of stroke, heart disease, high blood pressure, and many other serious health disorders. For this reason it is important to do whatever is possible to put an end to your migraine headache symptoms as soon as possible. The Migraine Headache Cure is an effective system for curing migraine headaches permanently and is written by Larry Johnson, D.C. who has treated migraine patients for 25 years. Click here for more information about The Migraine Headache Cure or click on the link below to download Dr. Johnson’s system for permanently relieving migraine headache symptoms now.
